Nick founded ICONIX Corporate Services Limited following his management buyout of the business, with a vision to create an independent, owner-led corporate services firm in Cyprus, combining international standards with a distinctively personal approach.

With more than 20 years’ experience across the corporate, trust and fund sectors, including eight years as Managing Director of Vistra Group’s Cyprus operations, Nick brings extensive technical and regulatory expertise together with a strong commercial perspective.

As Managing Director, Nick leads ICONIX’s strategic direction while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day support clients need as their businesses and interests evolve. His approach is personal and hands-on, combining experienced judgement with a practical understanding of the complexities of operating across jurisdictions.

Nick is a Fellow of ICAEW, holds the CySEC Advanced Certification and has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics.

Richard has more than 25 years’ international experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs and corporate groups on private wealth, corporate structuring, international tax and investment fund matters.

Having held senior management positions across multiple jurisdictions and served on the boards of regulated entities, Richard combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial insight. His experience spans complex cross-border structures and international client relationships, enabling him to develop practical, tailored solutions aligned with both commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.

Richard joined ICONIX in 2012 and is responsible for coordinating the strategic growth and continued development of ICONIX, as well as developing long-term key client relationships.

Richard is a STEP-qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), an International Affiliate of the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation (ADIT), and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI).

Laura is an experienced finance and corporate services professional with extensive expertise across corporate accounting, tax, fund administration, payroll and private client services. With a strong understanding of Cyprus’s legal and tax framework, as well as IFRS accounting standards, Laura combines technical expertise with a meticulous and practical approach to managing clients’ financial and tax compliance requirements.

Prior to joining ICONIX in 2011, Laura worked with EY in London and Deloitte in Cyprus. She has served on the ICONIX Board of Directors since 2015, with primary responsibility for overseeing the financial and tax compliance obligations of clients. As a member of the senior leadership team, she also contributes to the broader strategic direction and continued development of the business.

Laura is an ICAS Chartered Accountant and Member, a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), and holds an Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration.

Stella is an experienced corporate services professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry. She has extensive expertise in corporate administration, governance and compliance, together with significant experience in managing and developing high-performing teams and ensuring the consistent delivery of services to international clients.

Stella began her career at EY Cyprus before joining ICONIX in 2004. As Operations Director, she leads the Corporate Department and oversees the delivery of a broad range of corporate and administrative services to the firm’s international client base. As a member of the senior leadership team, she also plays an important role in the continued development of the firm’s operations, people and service standards.

Stella holds an LLM in International Commercial Law with Merit from the University of Salford.
